Warranty includes ALL Parts (Except the capacitor): For period Mentioned in the Invoice from the Date of Invoice
This warranty does not cover labor charges for removal and installation of parts
Contractor/Client should take a Clear photos/video showing the model SN before dismantling the defected
fan and send it by WhatsApp to 55745422 or by Email warranty@eurovent.us
This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship

1. Natural disasters or damages caused by natural factors such as rust, corrosion, exposure to dust, sand, or water
2. Failures that are caused by products and peripherals not supplied by Euroventus
3. Failures which result from accident
4. Abuse / Misuse
5. Negligence
6. Misapplication
7. Modification
8. Faulty installation/ Improper setups or adjustments
9. Improper or lack of maintenance/cleaning
10. Using wrong chemicals for fan cleaning
11. Power line surge / unexpected voltage drop / phase failure
12. Improper line voltage
13. Service performed by anyone other than Euroventus
14. Any Fan without rain cap to protect the fan from the rain and direct sun rays
15. Fan which has been used installed in a higher temperature than the rated temperature
16. Fan with unbalanced impeller due to any reason after the installation
17. Improper storing
18. Fan which is installed without the proper protection panel against voltage drop, Ampere incremental and
phase failure for 3 phase fans
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS
There are no express warranties except as listed above. the warrantor shall not be liable for incidental consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, profits or revenue, loss of use of this product or any associated equipment, cost of substitute product, downtime cost, or claims of any party dealing with buyer for such damages, resulting from the use of this product or arising from breach of warranty or contract, negligence or any other legal theory, except as expressly provided above.
